I love being part of a collaborative, liaising with advisors and managers to maintain project momentum, and working with colleagues who share a drive to make a real difference.

What keeps me motivated is feeling like an integral part of the team, helping keeping the project moving forward.

I find that breaking work into smaller tasks and setting clear priorities helps.
