Louise is a qualified Prince II Practitioner, Senior Commercial professional, with 24 years’ experience in the food industry; including large multi-site food manufacturing and food retail.  She has practical experience in senior commercial management, category management, national account management, retail buying, product sourcing, NPD (concept and implementation), brand management and process technology with a grounding in nutrition and food science.  She is known for her excellent relationship building with customers and internal teams. She has well developed man management skills to ensure the best results from both commercial and development teams. A true foodie!

 

Who would you say inspires you?        

Anyone that has vision, drive and the desire to achieve exciting food and science activities, but more than anything my two daughters who never cease to amaze me!

What is the weirdest flavour combo you have tried that actually works?          

Fruit cake and wensleydale cheese but mango and jalapeno is quite tasty too    

Where is the best place you’ve travelled to?    

Such a difficult question, I love to travel. If I had to choose probably Thailand
