Took the first job that came along, and then worked it out from there.

Understand what all of the stakeholders are looking to get from it. This may not be what they originally thought.

What are the most important qualities someone in your industry should have?

Curiosity, common sense and confidence.

Thumbs up. I know it is not cool at the moment but it does the job perfectly…”Well done”, “I like it”, “Good job”. Simple, effective and used considerately should make people feel supported and respected.👍
