What do you enjoy most about this line of work?

I really enjoy supporting SME businesses providing strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, expanding markets, integrating technology, mitigating risk, coaching leadership, building networks, and monitoring performance.

What is something you couldn’t do your job without?

I fuel my curiosity daily, exploring new ideas that inspire and excite me. Lifelong learning empowers me, and I thrive on sharing knowledge to uplift others. could you tell us about some main challenges your industry faces now?

The food and drink industry faces supply chain disruptions, sustainability demands, climate change impacts, strict food safety regulations, shift in consumer preferences and rising costs. Addressing those challenges requires time and effort, innovation, adaptability and the commitment to sustainable practises to ensure the industry long term growth.
