I ensure that all the hard work done through the Innovate UK Business Growth (previously Innovate UK EDGE) programmes is recorded accurately.

What do you enjoy most about this line of work?         

I enjoy working for a company that is having a positive impact on society.          

How do you keep yourself motivated? 

I always ensure I enjoy what I do – if you enjoy what you do then motivation comes naturally.     

What tools do you use to stay organised?        

Excel, lists and prioritising of tasks.       

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?  

To be able to fly
