What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Time management! So I’m currently on the look out for a second hand TARDIS.
What is a gadget you couldn’t work without?
My mobile phone – boring but true! It connects me to all my family and friends, social media channels, my music collection, shopping channels and then my bank account to check how much I’ve spent!!
What would be on your dream menu?
To start, it would have to be fresh Welsh lobster and fennel salad washed down with a glass of crisp white Welsh wine, followed by Welsh beef Wellington with dauphinoise potatoes and a luxurious red wine jus! I don’t have a sweet tooth, so straight to the cheese board with Mon Las, Hafod and Perl Wen cheeses served with Cradoc’s crackers. Then a lie down!
What are your key skills?
Organisation, interpersonal skills and communication
