In one sentence, what do you do at BIC?

With a focus on the South-West area of Wales, I’m looking to identify and support Food & Drink clients in delivery of their scale up objectives.

What are the toughest challenges you’ve had at work?

The toughest challenges I’ve had in the workplace often relate to persuading senior stakeholders in larger companies to make decisions for the benefit of their wider business rather than their own departments.

How do you keep yourself motivated?

Life is short, so treat others as you wish to be treated i.e. with dignity and respect. I like to think that I work hard, so that I can play hard!

What tools do you use to stay organised?

Good old to-do lists

Where is the best place you’ve travelled to?

Northern Namibia visiting and staying with the Himba people

What are your key skills?

Seeing the big picture while caring about the detail
