Although we have offices in Anglesey, Aberystwyth and Bridgend, we also provide the option to work from home, or work within a hybrid model – a little bit of both. Our team span the breadth of Wales and beyond, and our systems are designed to keep us connected. This means you have the flexibility to work in the way you are most comfortable and productive.

We are a team of almost 50 professionals, each with our own specialist skills and knowledge. We work as a team, share ideas, learn from each other, and draw on this wider pool of expertise. During your first few months you’ll be allocated a BIC Buddy to help you on your way. This means that if ever you don’t have the answer, we’ve got your back.
The land of my fathers
Our culture is firmly rooted in Wales; we combine our pride in our Welsh heritage with an international outlook, working with project partners across the world. We are a naturally bilingual company with many staff fluent in Welsh as well as other languages.
