Bill is an experienced practitioner in achieving change and performance improvement within challenging business environments. A senior manager with experience in both the private and public sectors, with a track record of facilitating change and delivering performance improvements. Experienced in a wide range of best practice principles delivering solutions in team orientated environments.
Bill works with Welsh Government Workforce delivering the SMART Innovation programme, is a Business Growth Coach and is part of the European Enterprise Network. Bill also delivers 1 to 1 coaching and runs training workshops on people and team development.
His past career includes 14 years in the food and textile industries, from graduate trainee to Site Director, during which time work with United Biscuits, Rank Hovis McDougall, Laura Ashley and Northumbrian Fine Foods took him to England, Scotland and Wales.
His passion for outdoor activities, coupled with the quality of rural life, prompted him in 2000 to make a career change and saw him lead the expansion and growth of the Mid Wales Manufacturing Group for nine years. In August 2009 he joined BIC Innovation, becoming a Director and shareholder before deciding to step down as a director in 2019. Bill continues to support businesses across Wales to develop their full potential as an associate at BIC.
