Anahita Baregheh, BIC Innovation PhD student publishes 1st article

Innovation has a wide range of definitions within the business environment. Every individuals perspective on the definition varies from one another.
During July 2009, BIC Innovation PhD student, Anahita Baregheh succeeded in publishing her first conceptual paper on Innovation.
'Towards a multidisciplinary definition of Innovation'
It is not a science where there is one true definition and there is no right or wrong answer. In order to minimize these views, its beneficial to ensure that relevant people have the same viewpoint on the term innovation, no matter what discipline they represent. BIC innovation's efforts to mitigate these different perspectives has resulted in a study carried out by Anahita Baregheh in collaboration with Bangor University that generates a universal definition of innovation published in Management Decision .
This article analyses 60 distinct definitions of innovation from various disciplines and by means of a content analysis approach generates a multidisciplinary definition of innovation, the article can be found through the following link:
