irish-sea.org is a partnership between 3 leading Marine Leisure Industry organisations on both sides of the Irish Sea.
Our objective is to assist the industry to develop & grow so that it can benefit from the increase in boat owners and watersports enthusiasts who are choosing the Irish Sea as the preferred location for their boating.
In order for this industry to grow successfully, it is vital that the sector have the required skills to meet the emerging demand. Through working with Marine Colleges and the British Marine Federation, we have developed a bespoke programme of courses enabling you to develop further skills on materials, techniques and operations within the industry.

Topics include engine servicing, electrics, health & safety and boat building & repair.
All courses are 50% funded for Marine Leisure businesses from within the Interreg - North Wales, South & West Wales & South and East Ireland regions. Please check your eligibility with us.
